Accessibility statement
Reviewed 12 October 2026. Kniton aims to make its English-language editorial service usable for people with different devices, abilities and reading preferences in Indonesia and elsewhere.
1. Our commitment
We work toward clear structure, readable contrast, descriptive image text, keyboard access and meaningful headings. Accessibility is treated as ongoing maintenance rather than a one-time label.
2. Content structure
Pages use headings, lists, tables and landmarks to support navigation technology. Articles avoid relying on colour alone to convey meaning. Links describe their destination wherever practical.
3. Images and media
Editorial images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative styling is kept separate from essential information. If video or audio is introduced, captions and a transcript will be considered before publication.
4. Keyboard use
Interactive controls should be reachable with a keyboard and show a visible focus state. The contact form uses labels and browser validation. Visitors can read every article without a mouse or touch gesture.
5. Visual design
The site uses warm earthy colours with contrast intended for ordinary daylight viewing. Text can be enlarged through browser controls, although extremely unusual settings may alter layout. We avoid flashing or rapidly changing content.
6. Plain language
Health topics can be technical, so we explain terms and avoid unnecessary certainty. Readers may contact the editorial desk when a passage is unclear or a translation need affects understanding.
7. Known limitations
Older external links, browser extensions and third-party services may not meet the same standard. Some complex tables may be less convenient on small screens. We prioritise fixes according to impact and frequency.
8. Feedback
Tell us the page, the barrier, the device or assistive technology involved and the result you expected. Send this information through contact.php or call +62 857 7149 2038. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 10 working days.
9. Alternative formats
Where a reasonable request can be met by providing a plain-text explanation or a corrected document, we will consider it. We do not require a visitor to disclose a diagnosis in order to report a barrier.
10. Change record
This statement was published 1 July 2026 and reviewed 12 October 2026 after a navigation check. The next review is planned for 12 April 2027, or sooner if the site structure changes significantly.
Visitors may use browser zoom, text resizing, high-contrast settings, keyboard navigation and assistive technology supported by their device. Layout changes at very large zoom levels can create wrapping or horizontal movement, and some external destinations may present different controls. We test common page structures after significant changes and treat a reported barrier as useful maintenance information rather than as a defect in the person using the site.
Accessibility feedback should identify the page address, the task that could not be completed, the device or browser if known, and a preferred contact method. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive information in a report. We aim to acknowledge a report within seven business days, assess its priority and provide an update within 30 days when a practical remedy or workaround can be identified.
Content revisions, newly added images and interactive controls are checked for meaningful labels, logical focus order and readable contrast. Captions, transcripts or equivalent text will be considered when new audiovisual material is published. Third-party documents and links may remain outside Kniton’s direct control, but we will consider an accessible alternative when a reader identifies a barrier.
Requests and complaints may be sent to Jalan Cendrawasih 25, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta 12120, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia, or +62 857 7149 2038. This statement was reviewed on 12 October 2026 and will be dated again when material changes are made.
Visitors may use browser zoom, text resizing, high-contrast settings, keyboard navigation and assistive technology supported by their device. Very large zoom levels can change wrapping or introduce horizontal movement, while an external destination may expose different controls from Kniton. Significant page changes are checked for headings, focus order, labels, contrast and readable text. A report is treated as maintenance information about the experience, not as a fault in the person using the site.

New images receive descriptive alternative text when that text adds useful meaning, and decorative material is kept from creating unnecessary reading noise. Captions, transcripts or equivalent text will be considered when new audiovisual material is published. Third-party documents and links can remain outside direct control, but an accessible alternative will be considered when a reader identifies a barrier.
